REVIEW: £1 MUA NAIL VARNISH'S

Hi everyone! Haven't done a blog post in a week or so, so I thought I would do a review on the MUA £1 Nail Varnish's. I don't have the whole collection but I have 4 so I will just review the ones I have! :-)

I have shade 4, 5,12 & 15. I think these are the best colours (in my opinion) out of the range as it is only a small range and they do not sell that many colours!

Here are the MUA nail varnish's that I have! Starting with shade 15, 12, 4 and then shade 5. I definitely think these are all beautiful colours and I have to say shade 4 which in this photo looks kind of.. orange, is more of a coral in real life, it's a strange one because in some lights it does look orange and in others it's a certain pink!

Here is shade 15, I love this colour and have wore it SO much as it is just the perfect hot pink colour ands is very flattering, certainly worth £1!
This is shade 12, which is a lovely mauve colour, I really like this but the colour on the bottle turns a little different on the nails its a lot brighter when on the nails but I still love it!
This is shade 4 which is an coral colour, it doesn't look very coral in this picture but it's very hard to give it justice! I love this as it looks pink in some lighting then orange in others so you just don't get bored of it!

This is shade 5, and I love this colour! It's a very nice green and isn't too 'shocking' and over powering as some greens can be! All the MUA nail varnish's dry very quickly which is one of the things I personally love about them! The nail varnish's in my experience last around 4/5 days and then you get the odd chip which is reasonable for £1!!

So that's it girls! I would definitely advise you to go to your nearest superdrug and check these nail polishes out.. I'm not sure if they're available in the states.. sorry! You can't go wrong for a £1!!

Thanks for reading,
Leah

REVIEW: No.7 Mini Beautifier

Hi everyone!
Today I'm going to do a blog post on the gorgeous No.7 Mini Beautifier, I got this as a gift a few months ago and have used it SO much! Its wonderful, it consists of three neutral eye shadows, a darker brown called Innocence which is quite shiny, a medium brown called Truffle which is more of a matt brown and a almost white colour which can be used as a highlighter called Wheatsheaf. The Mini Beautifier also contains a mini lip gloss, mini mascara and a mini shimmer which can be used on the eyes. It's great to use on the go and is small enough to put in your bag!
Here is a close up of the mini mascara, lip gloss and eye shimmer.
Innocence, Truffle and WheatSheaf. As you can see they're a bit messy because I use them a lot!

Here is a swatch of the eye shadows, Innocence, Truffle and WheatSheaf.

So that's it! I really like this Mini Beautifier, its easy as it is all in the same place and you don't have to faff around finding different eye shadows if you're in a rush! You can find it in boots! Hope you enjoyed this blog post.. leave comments if you want!

REVIEW: MUA £1 LIPSTICKS

Hiya!

Even though I currently have.. wait for it... 0 FOLLOWERS! That will not stop me and I will continue to write blog posts wooooooop! *Cough* Go follow me *Cough* ;)

So today I really wanted to do a blog post on the MUA £1 Lipsticks because WOWWWW £1?!!?! Most lipsticks are ridiculously priced at around £9+ but no not MUA. You would think that this means they will be poor quality but I have to say I cannot moan, I have tried more expensive lipsticks like MAC and Revlon but there really isn't a significant difference. These lipsticks are creamy and very moisturising, I love them and will be buying a lot more! I have shade 3 which is a bright pink and shade 7 which is more of a nude pink and I love them both.

These are the two shades I have, the lighter one is shade 7 and the darker one shade 3. I love them a lot, I will be buying a lot more, I actually like the packaging.. it's not too OTT... MUA have kept it simple and put all the effort into the amazing lipstick which is great!

Here is a swatch for you! The lighter colour is shade 7 and the darker hot pink is shade 3, I love them both and as you can see they're very glossy and moisturising!

I must say I think shade 3 (left) is such a beautiful bright pink and looks fabulous with a tan! The other is shade 7 which is a nude pink I also love this as it is not too 'out there' and goes nicely with most things!

This is shade 7, its a beautiful nude pink colour and it also has a bit of shimmer in it. None of the MUA lipsticks are matt so if you're after a matt lipstick MUA is not for you... these are very moisturising! I love this colour as it's one of those that always wins and you can keep it in your handbag and it goes with whatever outfit you're wearing! It's fab.
This is shade 3! I absolutely love it, it's so gorgeous and I have to say it's a lot brighter than this in real life and my swatch gives it a bit more justice! This lipstick is very pigmented within one swipe on the lips, you don't have to spend ages layering it up it looks gorgeous in seconds!

So that's it! Overall as you can probably tell I reeeeeaalyy love the MUA lipsticks! I think I would give them a .. 8.5/10! Which is pretty good. If they had a larger colour range it would defiantly be a 10!

Thanks for reading and I hope this helped!

PROM 2012 x

Hi guys!

I just wanted to do a blog post to share my fantastic prom experience with you, it really was fantastic!
First of all I will show you what I was wearing! I was wearing a aqua blue/green coloured dress with gorgeous diamantes detail in the middle going out into a waterfall effect, I absolutely loved my dress because it was beautiful and comfortable! I wore a necklace covered in diamantes! I also wore a tiara which was very sparkly and I loved it as it matched my necklace. I got my hair done at the hair dressers and decided I wanted a bee-hive effect on top of my head then the rest all curly with my tiara on top!
Dress !

My Dress!
My gorgeous girlies looking beautiful!
Our car for prom!
My pals that came in the car! I love them.

If you had your prom then I hope you had an amazing time just like I did because Prom really is an amazing experiecne and was defintley was one of the best nights of my life and leaving school has been a big step but I can't say I miss it! Onwards and upwards I say! Next stop college!
